TradeAI is the AI-powered B2B SaaS platform we are building. It reads multilingual customs documents, flags regulatory risks and moves supplier audits online.
Behind it are 14 years of hands-on trade experience in Taiwan.
Reads Chinese, Turkish and English invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and certificates of origin from PDFs or photos, and links every field to its page.
Suggests HS codes and flags mismatches between documents, missing origin or conformity certificates, and extra duty or restriction risks.
Audit checklists, certificates and factory visit reports in one place, combined with our team's on-site observations.
Drafts quotes, orders and correspondence in Turkish, Chinese and English, and matches buyers and suppliers across both countries.
A trade specialist always makes the final call. TradeAI prepares the report and surfaces the risks that are easy to miss.
Taiwan leads in electronics, machinery and precision parts. Turkey is a manufacturing and trade hub between Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia. We work in both countries and speak the languages their manufacturers negotiate in.
Many consultants work through an English-speaking go-between. We talk to manufacturers directly in Chinese or Turkish, so you hear what is said on the other side of the table.
In Taiwanese business culture, politeness can mean no. In Turkey, the relationship often comes before the deal. We read both and tell you what it means for your order.
A supplier profile is a starting point. We see the production line ourselves and check that the company really manufactures what it sells.
Research, negotiation and delivery follow-up stay with one person, so nothing gets lost between hand-offs.
Whether you are based in Turkey, Taiwan or elsewhere, most projects follow one of these three routes.
Electronics, machinery, auto parts, hardware
Some clients need an interpreter for a single meeting. Others need a six-month supplier development project. We do both.
See how we workSupplier meetings, trade fair conversations, emails and contract negotiations in Turkish, Mandarin Chinese and English. We translate the words and tell you what the other side means.
We find manufacturers that fit your requirements in Taiwan or Turkey, visit them on site, compare quotes and send you a shortlist. The shortlist is based on what we see at the factory.
Can't travel to Computex, Taipei AMPA or a fair in Turkey? We go for you: we review products, meet manufacturers, request samples and write a report. If you come yourself, we set up meetings and sit with you at the table.
Planning to sell into Taiwan or Turkey? We look at competitors, price levels and the right sales channel with you, and introduce you to local buyers and distributors.
You get a written update at every stage, so you always know where things stand.
What you need, your industry and your priorities, agreed in one call.

About
Numan is Turkish and has lived in Taiwan for 14 years. In that time he has helped dozens of companies, in electronics, machinery, textiles and food, set up trade with Taiwanese manufacturers.
The most expensive mistakes he sees come less from choosing the wrong supplier and more from gaps in communication. A Taiwanese manufacturer's "yes" does not always mean yes. You need to know the culture from the inside to notice.
He speaks Chinese, visits factories in person and runs negotiations on site. Through Tayvan.Net he also supports buyers and sellers in Turkey, so clients get the same help at both ends of the trade.
Why negotiating in Chinese matters, what silence means at the table, and whether the "final price" is ever final.

Yes. We work with companies from any country that want to buy from, sell to or do business in Taiwan or Turkey. We run meetings in English with you and in Chinese or Turkish with the local side.
Sales staff at larger companies speak English. How far the price can move, stock levels and delivery dates are usually discussed in Chinese between engineers and managers. Many small and mid-sized manufacturers can only be reached in Chinese.
We visit the factory and check on site that production really happens there and that capacity fits your order. We collect quotes from several suppliers, compare them and send you a written report.
Yes. We visit manufacturers in your product category, collect prices and request samples. The report lists the companies visited, a price comparison, product photos, technical notes and a ranked supplier shortlist.
The first call is free. After that, the fee depends on scope: interpreting for one meeting, a trade fair visit and a multi-month sourcing project are priced differently. You receive a written quote after the first call.
